Our Suprême oysters come from Ireland. In the beautiful bays of Kerry, along the tourist route ‘the ring of Kerry’, the oysters are cultivated.
There is only one grower who cultivates this product there. That makes these oysters a unique, but also limited product.
In three to four years, they grow into an exceptional oyster, with an excellent fish weight and a slight sweetness to them.
We only select the very best oysters from this crop. That is why they are classified as: Suprême.
