Our French oyster, the Claire, is cultivated in the nutrient-rich and pure waters of the French coast. Claire oysters get their elegant
shell from being bred on tables. In the French waters, they grow into a beautiful and plump oyster, slightly sweet and a tad less
briny than our rugged Krijn oysters.
