Oysrí is the rock star of oysters. These Irish oysters are cultivated in the fresh, clean and green Dungarvan Bay area. There, they grow into the briny, rugged oyster worthy of the name Oysrí (from the Celtic word for oyster). The grower of our Oysrí has been cultivating this oyster in this area for centuries. We are proud to include a product with such a rich history in our portfolio.
